Information we collect

The details you enter in our inquiry form, with the page you sent it from and your browser's time zone. To prevent abuse, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

Email sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. We record the projects you like and the file versions you download, counting a download once per account, version and day. Projects you publish, with their pictures and files, are stored with your account and shown according to the visibility you choose.

If you buy parts, we receive the items ordered, amount paid, payment status, contact details and delivery address. Stripe handles your card details; Maker Harbor does not receive your full card number.

We count Buy clicks and checkout starts by date, country and product without storing an identity or cookie with those counts.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, process and ship orders, sign you in, show your account and the projects you publish, and count project activity. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers

Inquiries, account activity, published projects, order records and aggregate conversion counts are stored with Supabase. Stripe processes payments and keeps payment records. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides aggregate, cookie-free visit statistics. If you allow cookies, we use Google Analytics; change this anytime under “Analytics choices”. These providers may process data outside Canada.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, contact us through the contact form. Deleting your account removes your profile and likes. Download totals remain after the records are separated from your account.
